     Expanded Memory Troubleshooting Procedures

1. Check and write down the release date of WP.
2. Read the appropriate sections in the manual and workbook.
3. Use startup options. Try /32--if it solves the problem, /32 is
a permanent fix. If it does not solve the problem try /ne. If
this fixes the problem contact the expanded memory manager
     manufacturer.
4. Run vanilla (no other programs loaded or running resident in memory).
5. Check the total memory available and how it is configured.
6. Check for conflicts between Network addresses, the Page Frame,
     and the Display Memory.
7. While in WP, shell out, run WPINFO. Write down the information.
Save the information from WPINFO and send in with your STR.
