For the SC600 rev.1 and rev.3
You must have the SSCD.SYS loaded in your Config.sys for the Panasonic 32bit cd rom
driver to work under Windows 95. This enables the CD-ROM interface port on the
soundcard. Rem out or remove all other cd rom drivers from the Config.sys and Autoexec.bat.

e.g. DEVICE=C:\SC600\SSCD.SYS Port=330 Num=8
e.g. DEVICE=C:\SOUNDFX\SSCD.SYS Port=330 Num=8

If the address is 330 you must set the CD-ROM driver Input/Output range to 338
You can determine this by the Port= line in your config.sys
Port=320 = Input/Output range 328
Port=330 = Input/Output range 338
Port=340 = Input/Output range 348
Port=350 = Input/Output range 358
